My contribution to medical is about $160 to $170 a month, parent and children. No dental. Have not been paying attention to that for a long time. My wife has her own medical insurance. No over time pay. But if I work extra hours, usually travelling out of the office, and they are billable, I get the over time pay but it is called bonus. (in addition to the regular bonus which may or may not be there at year end.) From what you said the rate to salary ratio I have been accustomed to seems to be appropriate in my case. Thanks for your input.
