Anyone do any consulting? I have a new MBA and would like to put it to use. not so sure my current employer sees the value in it. I was online and reading the Forbes' Top 100 MBA jobs and Boston Consulting Group was on the list. The job sounds cool, 50 hrs a week is no problem, plus starting pay in triple digits. It sounds like a job that is a living case study, so problem solving, quite interesting. However, about to be newly married, I am reluctant to travel more than 1 night per week. Actually, I won't travel more than that. Is this job pretty much impossible then?

Just wondering if anyone had inside knowledge into consulting firms.
