Dell is one. I think the chipsets from Intel that they were using on the cheaper boards (850 value series? for celeron & P4) flat out don't support anything else but the onboard video = no extra slots & lower cost. Been a couple years ago, but my brother in-law wanted to do the same thing to play "the latest" games... couldn't be done, and during my research I noted that half those intelchipsets (850 value series?) didn't support AGP or PCI-e... He ended up giving up because it just wasn't worth upgrading.
And that BFME2 isn't a kiddie game. My daughter's Blue's clues & Barbie games are though and just barely run on my ancient Pentium Pro 200 with it's 16meg card :) For the latest games, my agp 256meg BFG Nvidia 6800 (overclocked) w/ 2 gigs ram struggles with medium-high graphics settings. Most gamers now are running dual cards to get the best graphics at reasonable frame rates.
