I have been unable to locate the source.

I have rebuilt a few of these packs, and the disassembly is often not a trivial affair.
The last one I did was pressed together with hidden barbed dowels, which had to be cut with a Dremel cut-off wheel, a PITA...

The price for the rebuild service was downrite reasonable. I really wish I could locate them. I tried a google search, to no avail.
