Cut them some slack. They're a young company dedicated to helping fellow Saab owners out there. They're running into some unexpected problems and glitches which are out of their control. I know they're doing their best; you can even read progress updates on their website. Maybe you shouldn't have been so antsy to paid them before you knew of a release date. I also agree that you should have contacted them before ranting at us, IMHO.
