Yes, I found that info using http://whosregistered.com/iso/form.php .
What I don't understand is that the major manufacturers pushed ISO on their suppliers so to help control quality. I would expect them to follow their own suggestion, but as you say it looks like only portions of GM are certified. Maybe this is done intentionally...who knows.
Do you know if any portions of Saab are certified? I see GM Powertrains Sweden is listed in Gothenberg so at least some of Saab is certified. I also see whole arms of GM in foreign places are certified.
