The used to go to Keenan Saab in Grand Rapids, MI and they were absolutely great. The service manager was a real whiz--he could tell what was wrong with the car over the phone 90% of the time. They actually kept wrecked cars on site and gave customers the option of used parts when appropriate. And they had this fleet of raggedy old Saabs they gave out as loaners (free). They had been around since the two-stroke days and I think they truly viewed service as a partnership--keeping Saabs going at a reasonable cost was it their interest as much as ours as a way of promoting the brand. But alas, they sold out to people who now run it in the normal "lets squeeze every penny out of them" mode. I wonder if they realize just how short sited such an approach is?
