As much as I completely agree that GM was heavily and directly involved in Saab's ultimate failure, I see no chance of this lawsuit going anywhere. No way is any US court going to force Government Motors to fork over $3b to a Dutch company. Unless someone on the Spyker team can produce some sort of document where GM management memo'd such intent, they simply can't win. IMHO Spyker would have been much better off filing a much more modest lawsuit for a reduced set of damages, rather than go for something so sensational.
