Not a Saab engine, but it's pretty rare that you get to see an engine self-destruct this thoroughly, thought some here might find the detailed pics interesting:

(Before the comments start that it was just a "junk Rambler motor," bear in mind this engine had been in use drag racing for 8 years, spinning 7200 RPM with stock 40-year-old factory crank and rods.)
