I agree (the first of those having the most impact on mileage). Colder air = denser air = more air in a given volume (ie 2.3 liters). Therefore in order to maintain a proper air/fuel ratio the system must add more fuel than it would with hot air.
The bonus is that the extra fuel used will give you a little bit of a boost in power. =)
