Join my Class Action Lawsuit! Posted by Ari [Email] (#2847) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Ari) on Fri, 24 May 2002 14:01:36 In Reply to: Saab Lawsuit?, kirev, Fri, 24 May 2002 12:13:38 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I am forming a Class Action Lawsuit seeking treble damages because of performance loss in my turbocharged Saab due to inertia. I have found out that inertia limits how fast my car can accelerate - hey, I paid for those horsepower, I should be able to go fast. What's more, inertia contributes directly to stopping distances, and that is an obvious safety hazard.
Please join me in a class action suit to have this fixed. I will be suing the govenors of all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, Guam, and all US protectorates. We demand the immediate repeal of Newton's First Law of Motion, as it deprives us of our Constitutional right to Infinite Acceleration. Further, we will sue the decendants of aforesaid Mr. Newton for coming up with the silly law in the first place. Also named will be the Physics departments of MIT, Cal Tech, and any other major, well endowed, institution teaching physics, as they are obviously liable for enforcment.
Interested parties may also join my other ongoing CALs-
