Why do you say these wheels are not made properly? Why do you say they are too soft? What air pressure are you running in the tires? Is the convertible a Viggen too?
Like I asked before - have you contacted Saab to see if they will help you with these costs instead of joining a lawsuit where you will probably see very little money in 3 to 5 years? A class action lawsuit is a poor way to make an impact on anything but the lawyers bank account. Contact Saab directly and work with them if you think the wheels are defective. Take responsibility for your own interactions with Saab instead of becoming a number in a class action lawsuit.
BTW, is the lawsuit just for Viggen wheels? Or does in include people who've had low profile tires and made a mistake driving and now what someone else to pay for it? I'm guessing it is the later. And if this is the case you are helping people who have made mistakes (and probably don't know how to check their air pressure) and don't what to take responsibility for their actions.
