Hi,
When Sopranos first aired, there were a lot of mafia experts who stated
that there was a lot of "inside baseball" in the show. I guess the giant
rat and Fusco are two such things.
I still don't know who's playing who. Johnny Sak playing Carmine is
too obvious. There could be a plot twist where Johnny Sak gets the
shock of his life when he realizes that he was played by someone who
he considers a blittering idiot.
The Sopranos is much better written than any of the gangster movies.
In the "Untouchables", Al Capone was portrayed as one dimensionally
evil, and in the Godfather movies, there was altogether too much
glorification of the mob life style. Sopranos puts all of those movies
to shame.
Of course, the mob lifestyle is not romantic nor fulfilling for the
mobsters! YOU try wearing two faces!
thanks
Jae
