Ur right. The older ones are getting cheap to buy, and if one looks there are some that were really pampered, like mine. There are still too many out there for the older ones to start to rise in value -- yet. 'Had mine so long now that I figure it would be a shame to sell it before it starts to appreciate. They are definitely fun, but uncomfortable on a long drive. The gas mileage is no better than my 9-3 on the highway, but a little better in strictly town driving. You can drive with a friend or you can go to the supermarket -- you just cannot do both at the same time. There is no other car that puts a smile on my face just going for a spin around the block. And it is true. One gets to wind the bejeebers out of the gears at full throttle and still be more or less within the law, whilst putting it into four wheel drifts in the turns. Can't wait until the thaw and rains to wash away the salt.
