I use many of Griot's Garage cleaning and detailing products. They have all worked wonderfully and I feel are worth the money. I can't really say the same of Griot's tools and other items. While most of the tool's and are high quality, they also cost top dollar. So I am choosy about what I buy from Griot's tool wise (i.e. Griot's five piece screwdriver set is awesome; The Facom line of tools may be perfection but at 2-3 times the price of brands like Craftsman and Snap-on).
Customer service is second to none. Griot's is a few miles from my home so I usually place an order by phone and then pick it up myself. On one visit I mentioned that the boar's hair car wash brush that I had bought from Griot's some 7 years earlier was beginning to lose the bristles. I was told send it in, or bring it with me on the next visit, and Griot's would replace the brush for free (which they did with their new improved version).
