First, change the filter, either under the car, passenger side, or in the engine compartment.
Next, use a gas can and fill tank with fresh gas and a fuel system cleaner, like Techron. Depending on how much old gas is in the tank, you might have to add more fresh gas after you run the car awhile. This should get the car running well enough for you to get out of where it is.
If you have to keep in operating so you can sell it or whatever, once you run the tank empty, refill with fresh gas and another bottle of Techron. You might want to change the filter again, maybe not.
This is much easier than trying to get the old gas out and you don't have to deal with disposing of the old gas, which is hard to do legally.
