Creeky doors in an '04 BMW 530i

My other half just traded a Volvo XC for a 530i with 14K miles or so. Blinged out -- nav, heads up display, adaptive steering/xenons, sport package, SMG transmission (that's a strange one to get used to...it's like an automatic manual). Former owner said the dealer ordered it off the line to check out a bunch of the technology in this new model. The I-drive isn't horrible...a bit complicated, but you just need to spend time with it. Many redundant controls on the dash.
Thing is, the think creeks...the doors mainly. Anyone know the reason? It's got 18" alloys and performance tires, and DC streets are not forgiving. My dad has had some BMWs -- the former 5 series -- that creeked as well. Some did; some didn't.
Can the doors be tightened up by a dealer I wonder?
