Thanks for the compliments! I think you may be the first person to ever call me mega-smart!
You are right on with the not wanting the "souless practical" car with her. She's the one that got me into SAAB's in the first place. She also realizes how much time I'll spend on saabnet.....she found my posts the other night and started reading. Then went to some of the Rover boards and read.
We'll go drive some different cars soon including the Land Rover and see how she feels then.
The thing is with the Rover's is that they are affordable...even certified models. Unless the test drive goes really bad I don't see her wanting anything else. So...we get a certified vehicle and if it is truly a nightmare we have a warranty then we dump it when the warranty is up.
