I purposely put this message here rather than "other cars" so more people can see this including, hopefully, Saab. Last night, I saw two Volvo C30 demonstrators after hours at our local dealer. I can't wait to test drive them today. This is a rare feeling similar to finding that "special" girl.

With my current car, my fifth Saab, I have about one million miles in Saabs.

Folks, I'm not encouraging you to buy another brand but look at one of these cars. You will see that our beloved Saab has lost their way. Volvo is now the one to look towards for (quirky) design that works. I'll not write descriptive adjectives here saving the impressions for you each to discover yourselves. But, Saab, please, be the company you once were. I hold the Swedes harmless for my comments are directed at GM for it is GM who finally disgusted me with American-made cars in 1983 with my new car that required two new engines and a transmission among many things that broke down soon after the six month warranty expired.

GM, please turn the Trolls loose and let them design and build a sports car. Please let them build the cars they are capable of and keep the cheap GM parts (interior) out of Saab cars.

The future, as it looks now, is Volvo.
