For performance driving the c900 does not like a front bar because of problems with traction. A stiffer bar will make it worse but if you want stiffer anyway, you can make a stock bar considerably stiffer by stiffer bushings: delrin, UHMW plastic, polyurethane, etc.
If you want neutral handling, get a stiffer rear bar. Or adjust tire pressure. And get a good alignment.
Some car enthusiasts are putting stiffer bars up front to get better handling (less understeer), but this approach doesn't apply to the c900 - it usually works on newer cars because with a poor camber curve due to strut design, the bar limits the loss of camber by limiting roll so grip goes up.
Bar stiffness goes up with bar diameter, but it's to the 4th power, so a 7/8 bar will be a lot stiffer then a 11/16.
Custom rear bars are easy and with a rear bar you only need a fab guy that can bend the same radii into a new bar then have him weld on stock arms from a donor bar. stock bar is hollow by the way.
In my opinion it is better to scrap the stock springs and get stiffer ones than messing with bars.
If you are driving on the road and the car is under/oversteering then you are driving recklessly. The above is for the track.
