I've had every combination of mounts on a 9000... Trans. bushing is not really one prone to failure as the two lowers are and poly will lead to a substantial increase in vibration, especially when starting from a stop (with a manual transmission). I removed my poly trans mount after only 3 weeks of use in my Aero because I was unhappy with the vibration.
My 95 CSE had 2x poly on the upper mount, poly on the transmission and 2x solid rubber lowers and that car vibrated horribly. In a pinch for cash the solid rubber lowers are hard to beat, but if funds allow spring for the hydraulics and do the limiter modification as Barry suggests.
