For my SPG I had OEM valvesprings (not sure why they put OEM ones in my motor....) & I couldn't get the car above about 250 whp. After trying a few different cams I ended up with OEM ones which gave me the best driveability however the motor couldn't develop more power with high boost. Thus valvesprings were next on the list & I chose Lesco's double valve springs, always had EXCELLENT luck with those guys!!!
At a little under 5K I couldn't gain more power which we thought/hoped was due to the valvesprings. So out with the old springs & in with the new Lesco ones & they are worth every penny!!! I only rev to 7400 RPM's but they claimed I could go to 8K :)
VERY pleased with these springs....
