but I dont get fluctuation from the cars I tune it does end up being the BPC duty cycle which Im seeing more change in I guess contrary to what you are saying?
on stock cars Ive seen them close up to like 60% higher in the RPMs
you are rite though its not 100%
none the less I dont believe the throttle should interfeer or change the inherant power curve of a given engine, turbo combo unless that is intended by the tuner
on the cars that Ive done I get the throttle as open as possible & keep it that way then use boost pressure to controll torque & power
