How low can you go!

Hello Saab enthusiats,
Over the past month or so I have been ardently viewing the board gathering as much info as one can possibly collect. I want to avoid the impulsive nature that has gotten the better of me in the past and make logical decisions on my upgrades (to which you have all contributed significantly!).
So far there is no question that I will be contacting Jak regarding an ECU chip and exhaust needs. But the most important area I would like to address is one of an aesthetic nature.
For me, the way a car 'sits,' or how it is lowered, is one of the elementary keys to how aesthically pleasing the vehicle is. Yes a paint job is nice ( the black will stay for now) and the rims you choose also significantly contribute (super aeros are sweet! However I will be using the rims off of my '94 integra: 17" ADR M-SPORTS[check them out...]) but how it is lowered is fundamental.
Having said that I am on a "springs" hunt. I have decided to go with the Koni reds (thanks Dan!!) but am unsure which spring set to go with; this is were you all come in!
I have two criteria: I would like my car to sit low; we are talking no gap between rim (17") and wheel well. Second, the car MUST sit even. Some springs have the back-end ride a bit higher... not with my application.
Your suggestions and comments are greatly appreciated.
