Correct, brad took circle track (I think) parts and modified them to work on a C900.
Adj is short for adjustable
They are not coilovers because as others stated the spring/shocks are not mounted together.
Springs & adjustable perches are included
With this setup you do not need upgraded sway bars like what SAS sells for $300 ish because Brad has worked out what springrates work to get the car to turn how it should. I had Intrax then went with these spring & it's a HUGE improvement!!! I gained 5-10 mph through some of the turns at the local roadcoarse I go to & every instructor that has taken a ride with me has been extremely impressed.
You can also easily increase or decrease the springrate incase you want it to be softer or firmer :)
The pic below is of everything that you get. The left side is the rear where to adjust the springs you need to unweight the back of the car & manually turn the black adjuster.
The right spring is the front & if you look at the spring that is sitting up you will see where you stick a ratchet on to raise/lower the car. It's VERY easy to do :)
