It is a tight fit, but not undo-able by any means, we just had to be careful to get the right size intercooler, and then had to tilt the radiator and A/C condenser back towards the engine about 1.5", just used spacers for the radiator mounting screws and drilled new holes to mount A/C in the upper radiator support bracket. Fills the area perfectly, gets tons of air, and I have my front bumper and all supports and structure completely in place. There is probably 4-5 inches of the intercooler that is covered by the bumper, which some people remove or modify to let air in, like with a screen, but I did not want to tamper with anything on the bumper.
