I know of some 12.5in brake packages that will fit under some 16in wheels on some vehicles (not Saabs in this case) but they typically use the two-piston pad-guided PBR caliper, not a four-piston fixed-mount Brembo with its big bridge.
Call Brembo, they should have a rotor/caliper profile drawing.
