Jak, after reading your rant and all the responses, what I have to say is, although I know already not to jump the gun when it comes to blaming a tuner or product from one. It made me realize to go even further steps in analizeing my problem before blaming the product or tuner. When people spend money and know nothing about mechanics they are quick to blame. I quess thats the nature of the beast and people in the business learn that fast and if you are sensitive like I think you are, it takes a toll on you. I was in the business and I could not bring myself to charge enough and as a result I closed my business. I guess you have to know how to charge people, you cant be a nice guy, because people will take advantage of you. Have a nice life. Rich
