I pulled the 3" DP off this morning and installed the stock. No codes. I noticed that the front O2 sensor bung is very tall on the DP. I measured the stock threaded hole from top shoulder to inner wall and it was 11 mm. The 3" bung measures 17 mm. That means 6 mm of the sensor nose is masked by the bung. Since that's more than 1/3 of the overall sensor I think that may be the problem. Can't screw with it anymore.
