Hi Sabbers,
When I was cleaning parts for my spg motor rebuild last month I noticed that inside the header there is a small mass/mound/toungue of metal that protrudes from the inside wall of the header near the openning where the turbo connects.
I thought "boy that's a silly place for an obstruction, especially since I am not using the plugged hole on the top of the header" - and subsequently, I ground it out of there and was happy with myself.
Now, the engine runs great, as far as I can tell, but did I do something cool, or did I do something dumb as a result for grinding out that piece?
TIA!!!
