I have a Forge MotorSport FMCL007P diverter valve installed on a Saab 900 2.0L turbo with an automatic transmission. I am producing 16-17 PSI of boost using a reprogrammed ECU.
I have the FMCL007P diverter valve installed with the pressurized intake facing the side of the valve piston. I am using the green spring as supplied with the valve.
I have two questions:
1) Is this the correct orientation for the FMCL007P diverter valve? It is the same orientation as the stock Bosch valve and seems to work fine.
2) I believe I may be leaking a bit of boost above 16 PSI. Should I add a spacer to the green spring or switch to the yellow spring?
I want to thank you for a producing a great product and I look forward to your response.

The orientation you are running the valve in is fine and should work well. As for the boost leak, I would try the yellow first. If that seems to flutter too much, then go with the green and 1 or 2 shims. Hope that helps and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions.
