As for cams, the 2.1 and the 2.3 intake are identical. Also if you're using the 2.1L intake, you'll need the 2.1L fuel rail & FPR.

I 2nd GMs suggestion about the DP. I went 3" divorced DP to 2.5" cat-back with Magnaflow. Also use the injectors that are supposed to be used with the eprom. Talk to SD and see what they recommend.

Also you might consider a new clutch. Right after I swapped my 2.3L head, 2.1L intake, 2.3 intake cam and 85t exhaust cam, my clutch slipped like mad. I just upgraded to a SD sintered iron/kevlar clutch + pp combo, no slip.

Think about your wastegate too. I had problems with WG creep, etc and switched to external. Much better now.
