Good to know you are back in the saddle of autoX. Is a lot of fun. I autoX my Saab 9-3 in the Atlanta region. From 2003 to 2006. No longer using the Saab for autoX. Now doing track in RoadAtlanta on a RX7. I still have the Saab.
With all of those modifications specially the intercooler you will be running on SM that is, if you are honest. If you stay low you can class you car in GS. Now if you do this, and you win someone could protest you and when they investigate find out the non OEM parts, you are done.
My opinion stay honest. I did the same with my Saab change a ton of parts and class in SM.
Because of this class I was competing against cars or race cars. Or cars heavely modified not to the same horse power less horse power but weight 2,000 pounds less than that Saab. So obviously they were faster than me.
The Saab is a lot of fun of a car and fast, but not an autoX car.
