Putting out 200hp at the crank is highly ambitious in my opinion. I was thinking tops, 200 hp at the flywheel. This is not to say that you cannot accomplish your goal, but it's all about money. In fact, there is a guy that had a ng900 n/a 2.0l with 300 (i believe crank) hp. I can't remember his name, but I know the name for his car had the word 'meat' in it (ambiguous I know)... maybe a little search on this bb might locate that guy. As far as the 5th injector goes, I am not going to be of any help.
Just my word of advice though, I've been through this type of thing before. I put so much money into a bunch of stuff on my old n/a 8 valve, and it was always slow as hell. If you're looking for power, you might want to put this idea to rest. I dyno'd mine, and I made 74 hp at the wheels, and it was running as strong as ever. If you want to nearly triple that, you're looking at a lot of $$$. However, it sounds like a lot of fun, so just do what you have money for I guess, and even if you make 150whp, it's still going to be a lot of fun. Good luck!
