I have a couple blow out like that and I have not gone to a O-ringed block and that has stopped the issue for me now. I have run Je and Woessner and they both seem to say .015" minimum and .016-.019 for street strip turbo and .022 for nitrous and .024" for circle track. I have been running .019" with my set-up and had it apart to rebuild the head, after valve float with volvo uprated springs and a re-ring and bearing and they never did touch or colapse with my holset super 40 at 30psi and 565whp sae in denver.

I just tuned for E-85 and its awesome, running about 15 degrees up top and around 12 degrees at peak torque with no knock at all at 27psi right now and its making more power than gas at 30psi+.

It would be nice to see you put together a nice big holset and make some crazy power and some good times!

P.S. I got some slicks and LSD to try and see what I can do on the drag strip. Little more tuning with E-85 and it will be time to see if the new tranny will hold :-)
