Jim,
I have a TD-04 in my '85 900. The oil feed and water lines should mate right up, it's been a while but I think the banjo fittings are the same if you use the banjo bolts in the TD-04.
For the oil return line, I used the 1st half of the 9000 oil return tube, spliced into the bottom half of a C900 return tube that goes into the block, joined with a section of like 5" of reinforced rubber oil hose with hose clamps on it, might be the easiest solution to make sure you don't have problems trying to hard-couple them and having it not quite fit.
What are you doing to mate the T25 turbine inlet on the TD-04 to the T3 flange on the stock manifold? I have headers on my car so I just put a T25 flange on and it bolts right up.
Best,
Drew
