update with new DIC

I had diminished performance with a P1334 that came back after clearing the code.
Installed a new DIC and performance is improved. A second indication that the ECU may be run less aggressively when there is a sensor issue that is marginal. The DIC codes, similar to P1334 are posted when there is a fault condition that persists for 200 continuous engine cycles. So the ECU can be coping with the problem before it gets bad enough to throw a CEL.
The WIS documentation is rather useless, suggesting that there must be a wiring fault and oblivious to the fact the the DIC/IDM's are a wear item.
[I have the batter disconnected to force the ECU to re-adapt and clear any fault adaptions that may be persistent.]
