Lets face it, a regular Maxima engine
will only deliver those 227 or 235 hp
at sea level, once you're higher puff
puff puff where are the horses... left the stable ???
Can't beat a modern SAAB turbo with some primitive atmo stuff.
Sure the Maxima is good value for money, but look at
the braking figures... "brakes, what ya need that for?"
the things needs 20 feet more then an Aero from the
same speed. At higher speeds... ouch ouch ouch.
By the time you got a Maxima that is on par with a Viggen
or Aero, you just spend the same amount of money... so
why not buy it that way from SAAB right away... ?
Makes no sense...
Regards,
Coolknight
