My engine mods aren't extensive at all, in fact I'm still in the research stage of my plans. What I plan on doing is using simple bolt on parts. What I have already is the customary K&N filter, MSS catback exhaust, I have in my garage a MSS header that will be installed soon. I'm currently trying to make a cold air intake out of pcv pipe and use an AEM air bypass valve to safe gaurd old inga from water consumption. I also have in my garage a MSD SCI ignition which will again be installed before the end of summer. My next stage after that will be with fuel enrichment. I haven't decided which way to go yet, there are so many options (i.e., turbo injectors, RRFPR, Adjustable FPR) My theory is that once I get all my parts bolted in and tune them well with timing and fuel the end result will be what I wanted a stronger N/A engine, not to compete with anyone just to satisfy me. Next year I'm going for the lightend flywheel and stronger clutch route. As for the rest of the car, well thats a different story. I've changed the stock rims to Kosei K-1 racing, they are lighter than stock and you can feel the difference in excelleration. I'm using Kuhmo ecsta supra tires, great tires in dry and wet conditions. I have a set of SAS springs on order as well as airbags for the rear. I'm using KYB gas-a-just shocks but I might change that soon to koni adjustable. I'm in the process of lots of cosmetic changes as well. New paint, new color interior etc. If your interested in fixing up your n/a go for it, its a strong engine and despite what some might say on this board it has potential. Just look around you could even get some ideas from the turbo guys, hey power is power right. Hope my rambling answer some questions, but note that I am by no means an authority There are plenty of guys here with more experience and know how when it comes to these wonderfull saabs of ours.
