What's the big deal?

Don't get me wrong, respectfully, I love and have owned plenty of SPG's but come on,what's the big deal? After most popular modifications(16'aero's, aftermarket suspension and apc modifications to name but a few), an SPG will only retain the body panels and really nothing more. Yes, they look better in stock form than an otherwise stock turbo, but then what's the big friggin' deal all about otherwise? Bolt the panels on a stock turbo, and save your money.( I have an extra set if you want them. )A stock SPG isn't significantly faster than a stock 900t or built in a special factory by Cherubs. Find a nice low mile pampered 900t, and raise the roof. Then you can have a unique color combo (like Jeff Cunningham) or some of the other truly individual 900's out there. You also may find it easier to find a car that was driven gently, and not marketed for flat out performance. Ie: older woman and soccer mom's) Like you said, less miles also. I'm sure that you are going to modify your car, so start from something in better shape with less miles and create something better than a plain-Jane SPG.(IMHO)
