Are you talking about adding swaybars or upgrading them? Any Saab since like 1988 should have front & rear swaybars from the factory. I can't imagine that the new ones don't.
If you don't have them at all, they are probably worth it. They will help reduce body roll somewhat.
If you already have them, upgrading may not be what you want to do. As Jeff pointed out, swaybars can actually reduce cornering performance. The right solution is better tuned springs & shocks. On a NG900, I would seriously consider doing that before anything else. They ride like boats compared to my rollerskate '90 SPG... ;)
