Yes. the fellow that installed it said that (if I recall correctly). It
was done back in 1997 and I had another car 1992 900T with a comparable
setup (I get the two cars confused). If you modify your air intake or
exhaust after you have it installed, it will require adjusting. It's
fairly easy but I ended up marking the settings on the unit as I don't
always have a gauge on-hand (everything else in the trunk from spare
radiator fans, extra distributor caps, rotors, etc. but no gauges) I
usually borrow these things from time-to-time.
