SAAB scaring the HELL outta me re-visited..

O.K so after listening to all the advice I got last week about this I decided to try and narrow down why my SAAB seems to scar the hell outta me when driving at speeds above 85 mph. Took the car out on the freeway(I-75) and did a few runs up to 85 mph then observed what It was that makes the carr feel so weird to me at those speeds and above. I've concluded two things that need to be addressed in order for the car to feel more taunt at that kinda speed.
1.) The car doesn't need a whole lot of steering input. I mean I can steer the car around curves/corner with ease. One finger is all thats needed. The steering is soft as if it were some kinda Caddy or Lincoln or whatever. What can be done to stiffen up the feel of the steering wheel? I want it to require more effort for me to steer it.
2.) Although I have already installed SAS lowering springs and sway bars, the struts/shocks are Boge items. I'm thinking about placing a set of Bilsteins on the front end only and hoping that will also stiffin things up somewhat. Is this a bad idea or what. Should I simply replace them all? If so with what? Mind you I just rebuilt the suspension a month and a half ago and don't really want to spend more money than I have done already, that would be close to $2,000 by the way.
It's my 88' 9000 Turbo Airflow if that matters..
