Sounds like your alignment is crappy. Also those control arm bushings. My SPG was never like a Lexus - 100mph always seemed like 100mph, but never scary. Basic street sport alignment for the c900 has these ranges for the fronts:
-1.0 to -2.0 camber (probably -1.0 for highway driving)
+2.0 to +2.5 caster (highway stability)
-0.01 to +0.01 toe out (a little out will preserve some turn-in quality)
