I'm curious as to what heel-toe position people are using for downshifts. I have size 11 feet and haven't found the optimal positioning.
I've tried heel at 7 o'clock and toe at 1 o'clock which seems best so far. but with track shoes and the seat back a little more, I can have my heel at 6 o'clock and toe at 12 o'clock and just roll it over. anybody figure out a good position or adjustment (especially for size 11 feet?) thanks.
