if they are adding new bushings to the existing con rods, then yes, by all means do it. however, if they are just sliding the new pins throught the piston skirt and into the con rods, you can assemble them yourself in about 15 minutes; for all 4. all you do is slide it through and add a cir-clip to hold it in place. my guess is that they are removing your old bushings and installing new ones, and then making sure everything fits w/in acceptable tolerances. if so, you want that done. hope this helps. good luck.
