Yep,
The Aero injectors (Bosch part# 0280 150 431) flow 352 ccm (cubic centimetres per minute).
The 366 hp as well as the 350++ hp car both run Volvo (!) injectors (Bosch part # 0280 155 968), which flow 465 ccm, i.e 32% more. But the Volvos are measured at 3,8 bar (another European term) = 54,9 PSI fuel pressure. At stock Saab fuel pressure they will flow around 440 ccm, which is still 25% larger than stock.
I have a set of these injectors in my basement. They will be installed in my Aero this winter together with a larger custom-built intercooler.
Naturally the Trionic engine management system has to be reprogrammed to work with the new hardware. I expect to lower my max boost slightly, from 1.54 bar (22,2 PSI) to 20-21 PSI. I will, however, probably increase high rpm boost pressure slightly now that I will have enough fuel. Output should end up at about 300 hp, but with a high level of reliability.
/ Karl
