if std c900 reg'r, use 2.5 x 14.5 = 36.3 psi, regardless of boost. This is max rail pressure less boost pressure, a constant by design.
if using rrfpr, use max rail pressure less boost, at max hp rpms. if basic setting is 36.3 at zero manifold pressure, and 1.7 gain rrfpr, and 20 psi at max hp rpm around 5500 ... then use this:
p = 36.3 + (1.7x20) - 20 = 50.3 psi
