I sent them a message just to find out once and for all if an ECU upgrade will void the warranty. Heres what they said.

The warranty will not be voided unless an authorized dealership's
diagnosis indicates that any concerns with the vehicle stems from the
modifications.

I wrote:
Can you please clear this up once and for all. Wigwam SAAB in
Providence R.I. sells tuning kits that increase power, sometimes in
excess of 280hp, I would assume these non factory upgrades would void
the SAAB warranty but they claim your vehicle will retain all warranty
coverage. Is this true? Is Wigwam making false claims? I am tempted to
purchase one of these upgrades but not if they void the warranty.
