I was extremely angry and upset when the person i talked to (after being transferred 3 times) had a very mean attitude towards me when i asked if i could get my vin decoded and find out, and acted like i didn't know what i was talking about and when i mentioned that i was told to call about it by several people, she said that what they told me was not acurate, and i was in a bad mood, because i was working on my engine, and dropped the little clamp clamp that connects the turn signals to the headlights, down into the area where the saab factory "trash can" i mean intake, used to be, only while reaching it, i got grease (i don't know where it came from which is weird) all up my arm and noticed that i had a fairly deep cut about 3 inches long on my arm, so i had just gotten done washing up with what was left of my gojo fast orange (or whoever makes that stuff) which kinda hurt in the open wound. I was just mad, and i do not hate the smart people @ saab, i was just very disappointed as i have been under a lot of stress recently and i was just not in the mood to be insulted by some woman who had to put me on while figuring out how to enter my vin. It was just bad timing and i appologize to anyone who might has become pissed off by this.
